To keep everyone informed of the progress of the migration, the university’s EITS (Enterprise Information Technology Services) department will be posting regular Status updates at status.uga.edu. Updates will be posted to the Office 365 listing.
Also, starting tonight, users won’t be able to create or change their MyID or password on their own for possibly up to a week. Instead, they will need to contact the EITS Help Desk at 706-542-3106 to have those changes done manually until all of the technical work is completed.
The EITS Help Desk is open Saturday and Sunday, from 1-7 pm, to assist with any technical issues or questions.
