Career & Professional Resources: in-house & online!

Collaborating with Georgia Law’s Legal Career Services and Professional Development Office, we’ve just created a new Career & Professional Resources Collection and a dynamic set of legal career guides online for help with career planning, job hunting, interview prep, and making the transition from study to practice.

Come by and browse our growing collection of legal career-oriented books now in its own browsing area in the Main Reading Room. All are available for check out.

Then hop online and browse our Career Guides site. Tabbed for easy browsing, you’ll find sections by career type including a section on alternative careers, company profiles, geographic browsing, even self-assessment tools to help you nail down the career that’s right for you. You’ll also find alternative legal career transition tools, alternative legal career job postings, links to relevant journal articles from HeinOnline, and more. We’re adding new resources regularly, so come back often!
