New Books: Foreign Law!

In the new book “Partly laws common to all mankind”: Foreign Law in American Courts, author Jeremy Waldron explores the citing of foreign laws by U.S. Courts in their rulings, most notably in occasional Supreme Court constitutional cases. He sees this consensus of laws among nations as growing in importance with the rise of globalization.  You can find it in the Law Library at Balcony KF358 .W35 2012.
