In the recent book The Odd Clauses: Understanding the Constitution Through Ten of Its Most Curious Provisions (Balcony KF4550 .W465 2011), Jay Wexler, a professor at the Boston University School of Law, examines ten of the more obscure clauses of the U.S. Constitution, scattered amongst the better known amendments throughout the eight thousand word document.
