Congressional Record app updated to include the iPhone

Can’t get enough of the Daily Digest? You’ll be happy to know you can now browse it from your iPhone. The Library of Congress has just updated its Congressional Record app to include the iPhone. In addition to browsing, the iPhone app gives you the ability to do keyword search, copy text within documents, share documents via e-mail, and save documents to a PDF reader. You can also use the app to identify the latest bills and resolutions under consideration each day in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.  With the update for the iPhone, the Congressional Record app now works across all iOS devices (iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad). Don’t have an iProduct? You can still access the Congressional Record online through the THOMAS database of U.S. legislative information, also operated by the Library of Congress.
