Nominations to U.S. Circuit and District Courts by President Obama During the 111th and 112th Congresses

The Congressional Research Service recently released a report on judicial nominations.  This report looks at the nominations by President Obama and compares results between 1980 and the present.  It has some interesting statistics including time for nominations to be appointed, percentage of nominations accepted, and percentage of confirmed judicial nominees receiving Senate roll call votes.
