Supreme Court — Arizona v. United States

The Supreme Court recently held hearings about the Arizona immigration law (Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act (S.B. 1070)).   The question presented is whether the federal immigration laws preclude efforts at cooperative law enforcement and impliedly preempt these four provisions of S.B. 1070 on their face.

The Court released the paper transcripts of the briefs and you find them here.  Additionally, if you want to review the merit and amicus briefs, the ABA has posted them all here.
