New Book: Talk like a Lawyer!

The new book Lawtalk: the Unknown Stories Behind Familiar Legal Expressions by James E. Clapp, et al. is arranged like a dictionary, but rather than dry definitions, provides enlightening and entertaining entries exploring the evolution of legal terms.  Popular myths and misunderstandings are explored for law-related words and phrases that are frequently used in everyday language like boilerplate, jailbait, rainmaker, and the third degree.
